Artist-in-Residence at Digital Artist Residency

During the DAR residency Demirel and Franco will work on “Show me the past - I show you the future”, a web-based photo project aiming to play with the perception of time and space by using simple fragments of daily life. During the residency, the artists will share 2 photos each day with a caption (one from Istanbul, Turkey, one from Florida, USA) at a specific time and due to the 7-hour time difference between Turkey and the USA, the artists, in a sense, will witness each other’s past and future while showing the present.
